Arthur William Rowley1933 ~ 2011Arthur William Rowley, age 78, passed away on December 25, 2011, in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born on February 16, 1933, in Duchesne, Utah to Mary Noma Williams and Arthur Burton Rowley.He attended California's Anderson Valley High School and the University of Maryland, and was called to be a missionary to Northern California. He was a U.S. Army Tank Commander in Korea and Europe and founded the Branches of LDS Church in Steutguard and Leipheim Germany. He owned and operated logging and lumber enterprises in California and Utah and trucking and freight Companies operated, in Mexico, the U.S.A. and CanadaHe is survived by his wife, Maxine Lewis Rowley and two daughters; Anne Rowley (Kenneth Ian) Berns, Jenefer Rowley and by his brother Robert B. Rowley.He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Burton and Noma Rowley.Funeral Services will be held on Friday, December 30, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. in South Jordan at the River Ridge 3rd Ward, 1244 Chavez Drive. Interment will be at Charleston City Cemetery, Charleston, Wasatch County, Utah.
