Mathew Jesse Johnson - Born June 26, 1975 in Vernal Utah to Vaughn Jesse and Deanne Jones Johnson. Died March 7th, 2011 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Survived by his beloved son Zachary Jesse Johnson, his parents, brother David (Regina) Johnson, and niece Aubrey Johnson, grandparents Dean and Billie Jones. Burial services were held in Las Vegas, Nevada on March 10th, 2011. A memoiral service will be held in Salt Lake City at a later date. We will miss you.
