Gyan clinches draw for Ghana against England

WEMBLEY, England — Asamoah Gyan struck a stoppage-time equalizer to give Ghana a 1-1 draw against England in an international friendly on Tuesday.

In front of 20,000 Ghana fans at Wembley Stadium, the Sunderland striker weaved his way through the England defense before curling past goalkeeper Joe Hart.

Andy Carroll had put England in front before halftime with his first international goal on his second appearance for his country.
