Bountiful/Davis Art Center, 745 S. Main, announced the winners of the annual statewide competition. First place was awarded to "Five-O" by Erin W. Berrett, second place to "Tremblings" by Paul Vincent Bernard and third place to "Nesting" by Marcee Blackerby. Salt Lake City Library, 210 E. 400 South, will host gallery talks in conjunction with the exhibits "Southwestern Abstraction" and "Course of Empire," March 12, 3 and 3:30 p.m.

Kimball Art Center, 638 Park Ave., Park City, is calling for entries for "RELEVANT 2011," a program designed for undergraduate and graduate level art students. The program will be held July 27-Aug. 7. Applications are due April 1.
