Tuong Van Smith 1/1/1949 ~ 5/15/2011 Beloved wife and mother, Tuong Van was born in Hanoi, Vietnam to Thanh Hung and Thi Vien Nguyen. She passed away peacefully at home in Tucson, AZ. Tuong Van is survived by her husband Hyrum Cannon Smith, four children, and two granddaughters. The funeral will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 20 at the Garner Funeral Home (1001 11th Avenue, Salt Lake City, UT 84103) with a viewing one hour prior. She will be buried at the Salt Lake City Cemetery after the service.
