I've been hearing a lot about RINOs lately, so I've made up my own list along with the reasons they qualify:

John McCain: Opposed Bush tax cuts and supported amnesty bill.

George W Bush: Started Medicare Part D, the first new entitlement program since LBJ; supported amnesty bill.

Bob Dole: Endorsed national health care plan similar to "Obamacare."

George H.W. Bush: Raised taxes.

Ronald Reagan: Raised taxes several times; negotiated with the Soviet Union to completely eliminate nuclear weapons.

Gerald Ford: Vetoed a tax cut because it would exacerbate the deficit.

Richard Nixon: Started the EPA; proposed a national health care plan similar to "Obamacare;" proposed a national minimum income plan (the most socialistic initiative ever put forward by an American president).

Barry Goldwater: Pro-choice and pro-gay rights.

Dwight Eisenhower: Opposed tax cuts because they would exacerbate the deficit; started the biggest infrastructure project in the nation's history; said anyone wanting to roll back the New Deal was "stupid."

There you have it — every Republican president and presidential candidate of the last 60 years. RINOs, every one.
