Family and friends of David Rayborn gathered Tuesday to remember the 12-year-old Boy Scout who died after being struck by lightning during a fast-moving hailstorm while participating in Scout Camp at Scofield Reservoir on July 13. Fellow Scout Sean Smith, 12, was also struck and injured.
