Irene Wendel Hasselblad Loving Mother
Irene Wendel Hasselblad passed away on July 18, 2011 at the age of 91. She was born December 6, 1919 in Granger, Utah and spent most of her life there. She married Walfred Hasselblad from Butte, Montana on September 4, 1942. He died in 1991. Survived by children: Raymond (Marie), Sharon Dean, Karen (Larry) Orton, Marie Hawks, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by sister and five brothers. Thanks go out to Kenneth and Ireta Norris for taking time with mother in tending to her needs. Thanks to Intermountain Hospice for their kind help in caring for her. Funeral services will be Thursday, July 21, 2011, 11:00 a.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road. Viewings will be Wednesday, from 6-8 p.m. and Thursday 10-10:45 a.m. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.
