Ruby Gumm Our Beloved Mother

View Comments

Ruby Jane (Tichy) Gumm was born November 22, 1922 in Niobrara, Nebraska to Frank and Mary Tichy. She was the eleventh child out of twelve children.Following World War II she moved to Salt lake City, Utah with her job and there met her husband, Fred Wayne Gumm. They were blessed with seven children, four of which they were able to raise. Our mother loved her family. We are her legacy. She was forever surrounded by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was our perfect example of selflessness and love. She will be greatly missed but forever remembered. Our special thanks to Applegate Hospice and to those wonderful nurses and aides at Highland Care Facility for their loving care of our mother. Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, July 20, 2011 at 12:30 p.m. in the Farmington City Cemetery. Family and friends may call Wednesday from 11:00 to 11:30 a.m. at the Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary (295 No. Main) Online guestbook at www.russonmortuary.com
