Rosalie D. Anderson 1921 ~ 2011 Rosalie Annetta Dion Aderson returned to the loving arms of her Heavenly Father on July 16, 2011. She was born on December 28, 1921 to Omer L. and Selma B. They had two children during their 26-year marriage, William and Diane. In 1968 Rosalie married Herbert S. Anderson in the Salt Lake Temple. Herbert at the time was Stake President and eventually became a Regional Representative to British Columbia. Herbert passed away in 1984 and at the time he was a sealer in the Seattle Temple. Rosalie loved serving as a Temple Ordinance Worker for 21 years also in the Seattle Temple. She is survived by Diane Larsen (daughter) Sandy, Utah; Elizabeth (Beth) Sanders (step-daughter) Kaysville, Utah; four grandsons; Brandon (Brianna) Harris (West Jordan, Utah); Dale (Leanne) Dennis (Belfair, Washington); Chase (Joyce) Sanders (Okinawa, Japan); Trent (Dixie) Sanders (Kaysville, Utah); and nine great-grandchildren. Rosalie was a devout member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and held many positions in the church throughout the years including Stake Relief Society President, Ward Relief Society President, Young Women's President, and various other callings. She loved home and family, and working with her flowers in the yard. She also was a bookkeeper for her daughter Diane's business "Cruise Lady" for many years and for other previous businesses. One of Rosalie's special talents was to write poetry to loved ones and friends about events and incidents in life. Her poems were either inspirational or humorous---she definitely saw the humor in life. She was loved by all who knew her and she will never be forgotten.
