ANN ARBOR, Mich. — Michigan coach Brady Hoke says Denard Robinson has something a lot of people don't have, an uncanny ability to start, stop and accelerate.
There is something Robinson doesn't have.
The speedy senior is lacking a win over Michigan State. Robinson and the 23rd-ranked Wolverines will have chance to end a four-game skid against the Spartans this week at the Big House.
Robinson has 10,000-plus yards of offense and 90 touchdowns in his career.
Michigan State, though, has limited the dual-threat quarterback in his two starts — both lopsided losses. Robinson had just 123 yards passing and 42 yards rushing along with two scores in last season's setback to the Spartans. He threw three interceptions against them in 2010.
