Jay Leroy JolleyDec. 9, 1923 ~ Oct. 3, 2012Jay Leroy Jolley, beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather passed away October 3, 2012 in Orem, Utah. He was born Dec. 9, 1923 in Provo to Riley and Nora Wynn Jolley. He married Enid Ewing in 1942. She passed away May 1, 2012.Jay was a World War II veteran, serving in the cavalry, guarding the development of the atom bomb. He worked as an Ironworker with his brothers and as a general superintendent on many power plants, including in GreenlandJay was full of life and loved to travel and was always ready for a new adventure. He loved country music and was a great dancer. Some of his favorite times were spent outdoors: golfing, boating, flying his plane, fishing and hunting with his family. He had a joking, fun-loving spirit and will be missed and long remembered.Graveside services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at Timpanagos Memorial Gardens, 1000 North 400 East in Orem.
