Lorraine Irene Beamer Thompson1926 ~ 2012The world lost a person of pure love on November 3rd 2012. Lorraine Irene Beamer Thompson was born October 6, 1926 in Merwood, Pennsylvania to William Roy and Louisa Beamer, mom met her lifelong love, Keith D. Thompson, on the first day of August 1953, they were married two weeks later. Together they made friends in 48 states travelling at first whenever and where ever the military sent them, and later in life just for the sheer joy of being out on the road. Her love and spiritual nature touched too many people to even begin to name them all, but you know who you are. Thank you for being involved in her rich life. She leaves behind her husband of 59 years, her three sons, Keith Jr. (Annette), Kent (Tess), and Charles; as well as her many grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.Special thanks to Willow Wood Care Center and the good people with Bristol Hospice care. Friends and family are invited to a small gathering to celebrate her life Wednesday, November 14th from 11am-1pm at Veterans Memorial Park Chapel, 17111 South Camp Williams Road, Bluffdale, UT.
