SALT LAKE CITY — Granite School District and the The Center for Documentary Expression and Art unveiled a school mural created by Granger High School students who participated in the CDEA's Sacred Images: Native American Rock Art Artists-in-Residence Program.

This ceremony also marked American Indian Heritage Month, and the presentation of the Native American Proclamation was made by Shirlee Silversmith, Director of Utah Division of Indian Affairs.

Granger High School became the seventh Utah school to have placed in its halls a student-produced mural inspired by Native American Rock Art.
