Veda Arthur Vincent Campbell1912 ~ 2012Veda Arthur Vincent Campbell, age 100 passed away on November 14, 2012 in Midvale, Utah from natural causes. She was born on April 13, 1912 in St. John, Utah to Evan Bennett and Iantha Richards Arthur. Graduated from Tooele High School. Married B. LaMar Vincent on July 28, 1933 in Coalville, Utah. He preceded her in death on November 13, 1972. She later married Roy Campbell. He passed away on July 18, 1987. Member of the LDS Church and the D.U.P. She worked for a number of years at Ajax Presses and Wheeler Machinery. Throughout her life she and her husband especially enjoyed and worked diligently in the Democratic political party. She also enjoyed traveling to various parts of the world. She was an avid Jazz and University of Utah fan. Survived by her Son, Warren L. Vincent (Gloria); Daughters, LaRae Maynard, LeeAnn McAllister (Alan) and Sister, Shirley Gates (Leone). She has 11 Grandchildren, 27 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husbands and Brothers, Vaughn, Ross, Reed, Keith and Cecil Arthur; Sisters, Blanche Calvert, Carol Nelson, Gladys Stookey, Fredonia Bohn, Maxine Russell and Azalea Bastian. Special thanks are extended to IHC Hospice for the caring staff. A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, November 19, 2012 at the Sandy City Cemetery, 9000 South 700 East.
