PRICE — Officials released information Sunday afternoon that they found what appears to be the vehicle of two missing Colorado men in eastern Utah.

According to the Carbon County Sherriff's office, the gold Jeep was seen in an inaccessible part of Cottonwood Canyon, located south east of Price. It appears as if the vehicle went off of an adjacent road. The Sherriff's office has launched a large-scale repelling operation and are calling in helicopter supports to check on the scene. It is unknown at this time if the men are inside of the vehicle.

The canyon has been closed to media, the public and the men's families during the operation.

Todd Woodgren, Mark's brother was notified of the development around 1:45 p.m. Sunday.
