I think teachers have a big role in our community and our schools. They give students like me and others a great education that we will later use in our life, whether it be in our personal lives or our careers. I am in the 6th grade, and I feel I already know a lot about math, English, social studies and science.

If it weren't for the teachers that I have now and have had in the past, I would not know all that I know now. This knowledge will help me graduate from college, which in turn, will help me get a good job so that I can support my future family.

I know that teachers sacrifice a lot and don't get paid very much, but I am grateful for all they do and all they have taught me. Thanks to all you teachers!
