In short: Trailing 2-0 after a throwing error in the second inning, Salt Lake rallied to win its home opener. After pulling even on single scores in the bottom of the second and third, the Bees went ahead on a two-run triple by Mike Trout in the fourth. They added what proved to be a necessary run in the sixth when Efren Navarro scored while teammate Ed Lucas was caught stealing at second. Tucson's James Darnell capped all scoring in the contest with a two-run homer in the eighth.
