Maria Fernandez, of Tijuana, Mexico, fills out a lottery ticket for her chance to win the $640 Mega Millions jackpot near the port of entry between Tijuana and San Diego Friday, March 30, 2012, in San Diego. Many Mexicans from the border city of Tijuana joined their American counterparts in buying in to a chance at what could end up being the single biggest lottery payout the world has ever seen.

Our take: Despite hitting one of the biggest jackpots in lottery history, some of the winners of the Mega Millions have yet to come forward to claim their prize.

The Mega Millions is already tearing people apart, and its biggest winners have yet to come forward. These lucky three bought tickets in Kansas, Illinois, and Maryland. But where are they? Did they die of shock when they realized they won, perhaps leaving their bodies still sitting on couches, awaiting discovery? Did they throw their lotto tickets haphazardly into some drawer, never to be thought of again, after they were purchased on a lark? Are theypossibly worst of alljust biding their time, messing with us? This is why Lotto tickets should have tiny cameras inside them, so that we know exactly where they are, and who they have been won by. Plus, the expressions on the winning faces would be priceless! America deserves that.
