SALT LAKE CITY — The Salt Lake County Election Division says it needs poll workers who are fluent in Spanish and English for both the primary and general election days.

The primary election is June 26 and the general election is Nov. 6. Preference will be given to those who can work both elections and at any polling location within the county.

Workers will be required to assist at the polls with voter check-in and the voting process.

Prospective workers must be at least 18 years old, a registered voter, and be able to commit to a full day (6 a.m. — 9 p.m.). Mandatory training is required prior to each election. Workers will receive a $150 stipend per election.
