TAYLORSVILLE — A teen girl with severe mental disabilities missing for over 36 hours was found safe Monday.

A citizen spotted 15-year-old Olivia Graham walking down the street in her own neighborhood about 5 a.m., according to Unified Police.

Graham, who police say functions on the level of a 9-year-old, had not been seen since 2 p.m. Saturday when she ran out of her house after having an argument with her mother, according to police. Because she went 24 hours without taking her medication, detectives said she could "become violent and put her and others in danger."

Police said Graham was in "good" condition when she was found. Information on where she had been was not immediately available Monday.
