MIAMI — LeBron James took a look around the Miami Heat locker room Friday morning and quickly came to a realization. He says, "we have the potential to be a lot better."
And that, remember, comes after a season where the Heat won their second NBA title and James claimed his third MVP award.
The Heat convened for their annual media day on Friday, one day before the official start of training camp. James is among 12 players back in camp from the team that beat Oklahoma City in five games in last season's NBA Finals.
He says it's "scary" to think what the Heat, with a healthy Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade, along with the addition of veterans like Ray Allen and Rashard Lewis, could do this season.
