Hugh M. Gardner1921 ~ 2013Salt Lake City, UTHugh M. Gardner, age 91, died January 16, 2013 in Salt Lake City. Born October 16, 1921 in Salt Lake City to John Henry and Bertha Sandberg Gardner. Hugh served in the Navy during World War II and worked as a welder in the metal fabrication industry.Survived by nieces & nephews. Preceded in death by brothers Aaron, John and wife Vera, Brent and wife Loya, Merriall & wife Nola, and sister Verena.The family would like to thank the nurses and caregivers at Federal Heights Rehab for their loving care.Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3401 Highland Dr., Salt Lake City, UT.
