Heidi E. Geuder1949 ~ 2013With heavy hearts we say goodbye to our loving wife, daughter, sister and friend.Heidi passed away peacefully on Jan. 16th, with her husband John by her side. Heidi was born in Ogden on June 14, 1949. She was raised in a nurturing family that helped her develop into a strong and independent spirit, along with a keen and witty intellect. After graduating with a B.S degree in Social Work, she began a long and successful career in worker's rehab. She advanced to district manager and oversaw nurses and rehab specialists in the Intermountain States. From an early age she learned to love animals and has cared for many ever since. Heidi also had a great sense of aesthetics: from flower-arrangements to decorating her homes. She was a fan of Utah Opera and loved attending Ballet West performances. For over 30 years she entertained family and friends at their cottage in Torrey and proudly showed them the beauty of the area. She also loved to travel, especially in Switzerland, Ireland, Bavaria, Canada and Highway 1.Heidi will be deeply missed by her husband John, mother Edith, siblings: Denese (Mark U. Bedel), Artie Mueller (Janet), Clyde Mueller (Liz) and Be (Hoo M. Ever), as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.She was preceded in death by her father: Arthur Mueller.Heidi has requested a private memorial gathering and that her ashes be spread at her favorite places in Europe, Canada, California and Torrey.
