Christian Michael Wright1971 ~ 2013Our loving husband, father, and friend Christian Michael Wright, age 42, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 11, 2013 after a courageous battle with a "bear". Chris was born on January 20, 1971 in Portsmouth, VA to Kim Wright and Harriett Morrell Roberts. In August of 1993, he married the love of his life, and better half, Juliann Sears and they had 5 handsome sons: Preston, Brandon, Jason, Joshua, and Nathan, who will miss their father terribly.Chris is survived by his wife and sons; his parents; his grandmother, Sue Morrell; siblings, Amy, April (Rob), Andy (Kim), Megan (Joe), Mitchell, Courtney (Felix), Adrea (Josh), Mickey, Maddie (Seth), Annie, Claire and Genevieve. He is preceded in death by his adorable son Jason; grandfather, Joe Morrell; and spirited dog Bella.Chris was a great and honorable man with impeccable character and strong values. He was an amazing artist and sculptor, writer and cook. He had a love for learning and was constantly teaching himself new things. He graduated with a BA in Socio-cultural Anthropology and psychology from Brigham Young University, and later returned to BYU to complete his MBA. He had an extremely high work ethic, and loved working with people all over the world. He loved his job and those he worked with. He loved to travel and experience different cultures, customs, and food.Chris loved spending time with his boys and spent many hours teaching, talking, and being outdoors with them. Nothing was more important to him than his family. Chris was a dedicated member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He served as a missionary in the Las Vegas, Nevada mission from 1990-1992. Over the years, he served in many different capacities in the church and always found joy and love in serving others.We will be forever grateful to have shared in the life of such an amazing, faithful, loving, dedicated husband and father, and look forward to being with him again in the eternities. We love you Chris Wright, and will miss you...till we meet again!Funeral Services for Chris will be held Saturday, October 19th, at 11:00 am, at Cedar Hills Stake Center, 3950 Cedar Hills Drive, Cedar Hills, Utah, where Visitations will be held Friday, October 18th, from 9:00 am to 10:30 am, and prior to services on Saturday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
