Mavis Tingey Duke1919 ~ 2013Mavis Tingey Duke, 93, passed away on Oct. 12, 2013, from natural causes. Mavis was born in Woodruff, Utah, to Thomas Josiah and Rowena Cook Tingey, Jr. She married Gordon Duke on June 22, 1945, in the Salt Lake Temple. Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, October 21st, 2013, at the Provo Peak 7th Ward Chapel (old Provo 8th), 515 East 200 North, Provo, Utah . A viewing will be held on Sunday evening Oct. 20th, 2013, from 6-8 p.m. at Walker Sanderson Tribute Center, 85 East 300 South, Provo, Utah and from 9- 9:45 a.m. prior to services at the church. Interment will at the Centerville Memorial Park, 550 South 400 East, Centerville, Utah. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the LDS Missionary Fund in Mavis Duke's name.
