MONTICELLO — The Monticello field office of the Bureau of Land Management is seeking input on an ATV trail right-of-way issue in San Juan County.

Comments are being sought for the proposed Recapture Canyon ATV Trail System Right-of-Way, requested by the county. The project east of Blanding consist of 14.25 miles of trails, three trailheads (staging areas) and signage.

The proposal will be available for public review and comment on the Environmental Notification Bulletin Board at www.blm.gov/ut/enbb/index.php. Written comments will be accepted by letter or email until Jan. 26, 2014.
