FCC flood

I have no doubt that had the Deseret News known 30 days in advance that the Teton Dam would break, warnings of its collapse would have been daily front page news. Given that the Federal Communications Commission's proposed relaxation (read: abandonment) of standards related to profanity and obscenity on broadcast television will release a veritable torrent of morally toxic broadcast content upon us, this matter and how concerned citizens can make their objections known to the FCC really should be writ large on the front page the remaining days between now and April 30 when the comment window closes.
