Richard J Buzianis Oct. 22, 1979 - April 4, 2013Our beloved son and brother Richard J (RJ) Buzianis completed his valiant journey on earth, at the age of 33 1/2 ,Surrounded by his loving family he returned to the open arms of Heavenly Father and Family on April 4th, 2013.Our lives were blessed on October 22nd, 1979 with the birth of our identical twin sons, Pete and Richard Buzianis, in Salt Lake City Utah.RJ's greatest loves in life were his brother Pete, his parents Gus and Debbie, his grandparents Richard C. and Nellie R. Wall and Pete G. and Joyce P. Buzianis, Aunts, Uncles, cousins, friends, neighbors, doctors and nurses.RJ loved camping, boating, fishing, animals, tractors, music, movies, books, bugs and the Utah Jazz. We will deeply miss his bright spirit and unconditional love.Richard is survived by his parents Gus J and Deborah L. W. Buzianis, brother and sister-in-law Pete G and Becky M. Buzianis, Grandparents and extended family. He was preceded in death by his Grandfather Richard C. Wall, Uncles George Buzianis and Danny Richardson and special friends Trina Gowans and Kari Halladay.With deep appreciation to Primary Childrens Medical Center, University of Utah Health Care, Mountain West Medical Center, IHC, Drs. Richard L. Feinauer, Edmaund C. Evans. George H. Durham. Steve Santora, Peter Feyola, Ronald Day, Kathleen Pfeffer, Blake Hamilton, Dan Jackson, Harland Muntz, Judy Gooch, Michael Lloyd, Amy Powell, Police and EMT's.A viewing will be held Wednesday April 10th from 6 to 8 p.m. at Tate Mortuary, 110 South Main, Tooele. Services will be held Thursday April 11th at Tooele Stake Center, 253 S 2nd East, at 11:00 a.m. with a viewing prior from 9:30 to 10:30. Interment will be in Heber City, Utah.
