Recent revelations about the corruptibility of the IRS targeting people who had the audacity to believe in the U.S. Constitution raises new questions. Does anyone remember how the IRS paid out more than $3.2 million in refunds to one address in Lansing, Mich.? All told, the IRS sent out over $5 billion in fraudulent refunds last year. No one can tell me that this was not on purpose. This had to be an inside job as even the most crude computer program would have flagged this kind of scam.

Recent revelations about the IRS's sense of fair play begs that Congress investigates how the IRS ignored 2100 returns being sent from one address.
