Lila May Dickson AndersonBeloved Wife and MotherLila was born November 12, 1927 to Lyle Desmond Dickson and Sarah Twila Frazier in Salt Lake City, Utah. She married Dee Eldon Anderson on May 11, 1961 in Queens, NY. Lila was an accomplished opera singer for over a decade in New York. She sang many featured solos with the Amato Opera Theatre and in places like Park Avenue Christian Church. She was a faithful member of the LDS Church and especially loved serving in many callings with the youth. She was a woman of great compassion and love who touched many lives.Lila was preceded in death by her husband Dee E. Anderson. She is survived by many loved ones. Her children: Emilio Bucio, George Bucio, Alicia "Maggie" Martinez, and Kyoo Young Kim, grandchildren: Raquel, Eric Anderson, Celeste and Melanie, brother: Richard Dickson.Funeral Services will be held Thursday, May 23, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Wakefield LDS Chapel 6567 South Wakefield Way (6035 West) West Valley City, UT. Viewings will be held Wednesday, May 22, 2013 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley 1007 W. South Jordan Pkwy. (10600 S) and one hour prior to the services at the church on Thursday.
