Robert George Malloy1926 ~ 2013On May 20th, 2013, our loving father, grandfather, and friend, Robert George Malloy passed away in his home in Magna, Utah. He was born in Garfield, Utah on July 1, 1926 and was 86 years old.Bob was a very hardworking man who was always ready to help other people. He was always seen visiting around the neighborhood socializing. He ran a crane for many years at Kennecott Copper and retired after 35 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and a good cold beer.He entered the Navy in 1944 in WWII and returned home in 1947. Then he settled down in Magna, Utah marrying Elaine Marino. He is survived by four children: Shauna, George, Bobbie, and Jack. He has 6 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. He will be missed by everyone whose life he has touched. We love you!A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, May 23, 2013 at Redwood Memorial Park, 6500 South Redwood Road in West Jordan, Utah. Interment will follow the service.
