Sapphire V. CannonMay 8, 2013-May 18, 2013Sapphire V. Cannon was born on May 8, 2013, to Cole and Shannon Cannon. Though only on earth for ten short days, baby Sapphire was loved by many and left a lasting impact on her family and friends. Diagnosed with a heart defect at 24 weeks in utero, Sapphire fought, against all odds, through her medical problems so she could spend a few precious days with her family, including big sister Clover when she was born at 37 weeks. Sapphire reminded us how precious and fragile life really is and to treasure those special moments shared among loved ones. Sapphire has a spirit of strength and love that emanated from her as she lit up the room with her soft eyes and tender touch. Sapphire loved to hold hands with her parents and grandparents. Sapphire returned to her heavenly home, that she so recently left and is in all respects an angel to those she left behind. We love you Sapphire and will miss you until we meet again. Services will be held at the Emigration 6th Ward, 589 E. 18th Avenue, Salt Lake City, UT 84103, Saturday, May 25th. Viewing from 12 noon to 12:45 pm and funeral at 1:00 pm.
