I am disappointed in and disgusted with the Deseret News' approach to the accusations against Attorney General John Swallow. Compared to the number of people who know "of" Swallow, I suppose relatively few have firsthand knowledge, like I do, of Swallow's high level of personal integrity, a level that would not allow him to compartmentalize his actions and do the things of which he has been accused. So those without such knowledge might be excused for wondering what is the truth.
But while an institution like the Deseret News would be expected to report facts, it would not be expected and has no right to twist and spin stories so as to incite public outrage where none is warranted. Stories try to fan into flame something that has no spark or shred of truth in the first place. Swallow's work so far and the work he will do must really have someone scared to attract the abuse that has been heaped upon him.
