Philip "Flip" George HolahanOct 25, 1948~June 16, 2013Salt Lake City, UTPhilip ("Flip") George Holahan. Born October 25, 1948 in Newark, New Jersey. Flip passed on June 16, 2013 surrounded by loving friends. Born to (father) Philip George Holahan and (mother) Yvonne St Peirre Leonard, and raised in California. Served four years in the U.S. Air Force. Worked as a radio D.J., and photographer. Moved to Utah in 1998. He is survived by his only son Kellen Philip Holahan (Hayward, California). Flip was renowned for his cooking skills; especially his beef jerky, ribs and sauce. He also loved camping with dear friends, good music, and the San Francisco 49ers.
