HIGHLAND 37, MOUNTAIN CREST 7: Jamahl Greer rushed for a pair touchdowns, and threw for another as Highland dominated Mountain Crest to kick off the prep football campaign. The Rams also returned two interceptions for touchdowns Thursday night. Gaje Fergusen's lone TD for Mountain Crest was the only bright spot for the visitors.

SKY VIEW 1, ROY 1 (2OT): Katie Stimpson tied the game for the Royals midway through the second half and it held throughout two overtimes.
LOGAN 7, BONNEVILLE 6 (2OT): Becca Godfrey buried a pair of goals for Logan in a game that saw 13 balls in the back of the net. After a 6-6 deadlock, Logan prevailed with a late goal in extra time.

CLEARFIELD 2, JUDGE MEMORIAL 0: McKenna Sill recored the shutout for Clearfield, and Brinley Adams scored both goals to lift the home side to a solid region victory over Judge.
EAST 7, CYPRUS 0: Anna Papadopolous and Claire Thomas each netted a pair of goals, as East controlled the game from the first whistle to secure the region win. Jocelyn Hanrath recorded the shutout.
BOUNTIFUL 4, HIGHLAND 1: Three Bountiful goals in the second half buried visiting Highland in the region bout. Emma Sorenson scored the lone goal in the Rams loss.

SKYLINE 6, MURRAY 0: Six players found the back of the net for Skyline, which improves to 5-0-0 with the lopsided win at home. Hillary Weixler recorded the shutout for the Eagles.

TIMPVIEW 3, WASATCH 1: The T-Birds gave the Wasps a rude welcoming to Region 8 play as three players scored in the second half. Freshman Katie Cranney scored her first career goal for Wasatch.
SPRINGVILLE 7, SPANISH FORK 0: The Red Devils kept the ball in their possession to post seven goals.
PROVO 2, SALEM HILLS 1 (2OT): Kristina Otterstrom found the back of the net late in the second round of extra time to give Provo the narrow win at home.

DAVIS 10, BEN LOMOND 0: Kennedy Lawes, Haley Stafford and Regyn Youngberg combined for seven Davis goals, as the home side easily handled visiting Ben Lomond.
SYRACUSE 5, TAYLORSVILLE 0: Kylie Harris netted a hat trick for the home team, and Syracuse never let up in the lopsided victory over Taylorsville. Miranda Kirkman recorded the shutout.
BEAR RIVER 1, COPPER HILLS 0 (2OT): Whitney Wilcox scored the golden goal eight minutes into the second session of overtime for the Bears.
HERRIMAN 10, GRANGER 0: Tori Washington netted a hat trick, as Herriman cracked double-digits in 80 minutes of soccer. Kenzie Chapman and Mikayla Jones split the shutout in goal.
CORNER CANYON 5, WATERFORD 0: Corner Canyon poured in the goals in the nonregion matchup against visiting Waterford, netting five goals while holding the Ravens scoreless. Sam Vawdry recorded the shutout.
PLEASANT GROVE 9, DELTA 1: Morgan Quarenberg bagged four goals, while Ashley McBee added a pair of goals to lead Pleasant Grove to the lopsided win over Delta.
VIEWMONT 3, BINGHAM 0: Three different girls were able to notch goals, as Viewmont delivered a solid result over visiting Bingham. Haley Johnson recorded the shutout.
CARBON 3, GRANTSVILLE 2 (2OT): Katie Basinger scored two goals, including the game-winner in extra time to hand Grantsville a tough loss. Kylie Paige converted a PK for the third Dinos goal.
WEBER 4, MORGAN 0: Weber poured in four goals in the final 20 minutes of the match to best Morgan. Emma Bushell netted a pair of goals and Nikki Pittman recorded the shutout.
RIVERTON 4, JUAN DIEGO 0: Mallory Bostic managed to score twice for Riverton, which after a three-goal halftime lead was able to cruise past visiting Juan Diego. Bree Empey recorded the shutout.
BRIGHTON 3, FREMONT 1: Nadia Gomes netted a pair of goals, as Brighton held defensively to earn the win on the road.
MILLARD 8, GUNNISON 0: Millard stormed from the opening whistle, and poured in eight goals to hand Gunnison yet another lopsided match.
JORDAN 2, HILLCREST 0: Jacquline Williams netted the first Jordan goal, and a subsequent Hillcrest own goal just minutes later was the difference in the Beetdiggers victory. Brooklyn Nielsen recorded the shutout.
MAPLE MOUNTAIN 4, LONE PEAK 1: Four different girls found the back of the net for Maple Mountain, and the visitors found a pair of goals in each half to slip by 5A Lone Peak.

NORTHRIDGE 3, PARK CITY 1: Northridge gave Park City a lesson from 5A with the 3-1 victory Thursday night. Devon Dunmire scored the lone goal in the Park City loss.
HUNTER 3, WEST JORDAN 1: With a 2-0 lead at half, Hunter slipped past West Jordan thanks in part by two goals for Jarrah Isom. The nonregion victory is the first win for Hunter this season.
LAYTON CHRISTIAN 5, AMERICAN LEADERSHIP 1: Hailey Hart had an assist as Duda Goncalves scored twice for the Eagles.
CEDAR 9, RICHFIELD 0: Dante Gogisala and Nicole Jenkins combined to score four Cedar goals, and the home side delivered a stunning display of offense in the lopsided win. Shay Bauman recorded the shutout.
