Verda A. Coley May 2, 1918 Aug. 24, 2013On Saturday August 24th, Verda Anderson Coley rejoined her beloved husband Lloyd, who she married in the Logan temple over sixty years ago. They enjoyed fishing, camping, and hunting. Together they raised 5 children; Alice (Frank) Miller, Betty (Mervyn) Thatcher, Gay (Gerald) Green, Dean (Nancy) Coley, and Nina (Michael) Byles. She was one of ten children; she and her sister Veda were part of the first of two set of twins. Both married brothers, Oley Lloyd and Roland Coley. She was a woman of strong faith in her belief in the LDS Church where she was involved in Primary and Relief Society. She served a mission along with her husband in Lake Havasu, AZ. A constant thinker and planner who kept her mind clear and effective until her last years of life. She will be missed by her 5 children, her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.A viewing will be held on Friday, August 30th, from 10-10:45am followed by a remembrance of her life at 11:00 at the Meadowlark 1st Ward 2180 East Meadowlark Way (9020 South). Interment will be at the Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery on 10600 South 1950 East, Sandy, Utah.
