She was born on November 6th, 1934 in Kaiserslautern, Germany to Franz and Dorothea Noll. As a young woman, she worked on an American Air Force Base where she met her husband, Lt. Col. Arthur J. Anderson in 1953; they were wed on July 14th, 1955 and happily married for 58 years. Elfriede, also known as Oma, loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and she was blessed with many.
