Barbara Joan Hart Ehlers Sessions"Bobbie"Our loving mother, grandmother and friend passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on January 6, 2014 due to natural causes. Born July 11, 1934 in Salt Lake City, UT to Muriel Larson Hart and LeRoy Griffith Hart. Bobbie married her sweetheart Gerald L. Sessions in December 1980 in Las Vegas, NV. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She worked hard her entire life to take care of her family and was a wonderful, dedicated mother. She was always honest and had a sharp sense of humor. Bobbie loved watching hockey games, going on motorcycle rides and camping with her family. She was a professional shopper and avid magazine reader. Bobbie was a talented painter and a 30 year member of a pinochle club. Her stories and memories will live on through those that loved her. She is survived by her children, Cathy (Stan) Rock, Mary Jo Corey and Mark (Brenda) Ehlers; stepchildren, Rosie (Dale) Champion, John Sessions, Carl Sessions, Curtis (Amy) Sessions and Craig Sessions; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and her "Auntie" Jean. Preceded in death by parents; brother, Gary LeRoy Hart; and grandson, Chris Rock. A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 10, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley, 1007 South Jordan Parkway (10400) South Jordan, Utah.
