Jon Gruber, architect of Obamacare, claims that the American people are stupid for voting for the bill. As I remember, it was Congress that passed the bill when it was jammed through both houses. Yes, the people elected those representatives, but the Affordable Care Act wasn't on the ballot. I think it would be more accurate to say that Congress was stupid for passing the bill.
