LEHI — Arson is suspected in a fire that damaged several units of a Utah County condominium complex.

Investigators estimate the blaze caused more than $300,000 in damage to 14 garage units at the Westbury condos.

Firefighters responded to a call of a brush fire near 1200 West and 2500 North.

Officials said the fire was started by kids burning a mattress in the back of the complex, which was adjacent to a wooded area. Flames from the mattress set some nearby trees on fire and spread to the garages, according to Lehi Fire Battalion Chief Rick Howard.

No injuries were reported.
