Marleen Carroll Lake-Coltrin1940 ~ 2014Anyone can be a Grandmother; but it takes a special person to be a Nanny suffice it to say, we know and love her as Nanny. Marleen was born on April 3, 1940, and married to Steve B. Coltrin for time and all eternity on November 11, 1960, in the Idaho Falls Temple. They were married just short of 50 years; had five children: Lawrence, Carol, Elizabeth, Stephanie, and Jennifer and now have 14 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She loved to continue her education and attended college courses until she could no longer see. She loved gardening and reading. Nanny was happiest when she was surrounded by her family and celebrated each and every one of us as if we were her favorite. And as much as we all will miss her here on earth, we take comfort in the knowledge that she has been reunited with her best friend and one true love and that they can now begin their happily ever afterMarleen is survived by her four daughters; 14 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren; brother Bill and sisters Markie and Sally.
