Juliet Bangerter Martin 1948 ~ 2014Juliet Bangerter Martin a loving wife, mother and grandmother passed away peacefully March 11, 2014 in her home in American Fork, Utah at age 66. She was born January 2, 1948 in Salt Lake City to Jack and Connie Bangerter of Bountiful, Utah. On April 3rd, 1968 she married Lane Martin in the Salt Lake Temple. Juliet was a faithful member of The LDS Church. She was a brilliant artist and majored in art at BYU. She was a creative and artistic woman who ran a successful art business. While doing this she wrote and published over 50 decorative art books. Juliet loved her children and adored her grandchildren. She blessed their lives in so many ways. She was an amazing listener and storyteller. She always created fun things for the kids to do with art supplies, dolls, toys and books. She really was a considered a fun grandma to all the kids that came to her home. She provided a beautiful, loving home to her family and welcomed all. She courageously endured a life long battle with severe migraine headaches. She is loved and will be missed.She is survived by her husband Lane Martin and her children: Brandon (Andrea) of Katy, Texas; Chad (Jennifer) of Mesa, Arizona; Anne-Marie (Stephen) Lloyd of Sandy, Utah; Joshua (Marianne) of Orem, Utah; and Captain Benjamin Martin (Rachel) serving in Afghanistan, along with 15 grandchildren. She is also survived by six siblings: Peggy Hyde, Paul Logan Bangerter, Sandra Rast, Claudia Allen, Jeannee Elder, and Elizabeth Croft. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother John Mark Bangerter. The Funeral will be on Tuesday, March 18th at 2 pm at the LDS Church on 240 South Center Street in American Fork. There will be a viewing from 12:45-1:45 before the funeral and also on Monday evening from 6-8pm on Mon., March 17th at the Anderson Funeral Home on 100 North 49 East in American Fork.
