How PowerPoint presentations may be hurting education

Are PowerPoint presentations really helping kids learn in schools?

Rebecca Schuman, a teacher who has used PowerPoints in the past to help her students learn, recently developed her own slide presentation to explain how unhelpful the visual aids have become in recent years, according to Slate.

“With great PowerPoint comes great responsibility, and it is up to us to prove that we are more than the same of our (poorly formatted) slides,” reads the slideshow.
