Immigration reform is somewhat misleading because it doesn’t define what the term means.
To some it means amnesty.” To some it means re-doing the statutes and laws. To others it means doing away with all immigration laws completely. It’s interesting that in this particular article it’s the leaders, calling upon other leaders to do something. Should we do something just for the sake of doing anything? Can any person really want amnesty for many illegal aliens in this country right now? Should these people all be given legal status, become wards of the state and given the opportunity to vote?
I call upon leaders to re-think their position and simply call on the Obama administration to enforce existing laws so that our country can remain strong and free, not subject to the whims of those who decide which laws should be enforced and which should be ignored.
