Thank you for the recent article about World War II veteran Colin Delahunty (“A World War II veteran’s story,” Sept. 20). Delahunty and his comrades of the greatest generation are more of a national treasure than the monuments in Washington, D.C., and throughout the world that praise their sacrifices. They did it for all of us and we owe them so much.
