LAYTON 57, SYRACUSE 44: Layton kept its region dominance alive and strong with an eighth-straight region victory. Jarriesse Blackmon scored a game-high 18 points for the Lancers.

VIEWMONT 51, FREMONT 38: Viewmont owned a 13-point lead at halftime largely thanks to a nice second quarter and won by that same margin. Jake Walker led the Vikings with 13 points. Fremont's Justin Shaw led all scorers with 14 points.

DAVIS 73, WEBER 57: Ben Rigby grabbed 16 rebounds and finished with 16 points to record the double-double for Davis Tuesday night. Caleb Leonhardt led all scorers with 21 points in the win.

REGION 2

HILLCREST 46, GRANGER 45: After building a healthy lead at the half, Hillcrest drilled key free throws down the stretch and held Granger to a missed field-goal attempt in the final seconds to escape with the narrow road victory. Tanner Thompson led the visitors with 14 points, while Makow Mawien led all scorers with 20 points in the loss.

WEST 61, COTTONWOOD 57: Riley Kenner scored a season-high 22 points and also grabbed seven rebounds to lead West to victory. Jaron Anderson led Cottonwood with a game-high 28 points, with seven 3-pointers, in the loss.

HUNTER 69, TAYLORSVILLE 67: In a matchup of two unbeaten Region 2 teams, Hunter came through in the final quarter to outlast Taylorsville to pick up the stunning road victory. Noah Togiai scored a game-high 24 points while Jake Haram chipped in 11 to fuel the visitors in the win.

AMERICAN FORK 59, WESTLAKE 54: Dallin Harley scored a game-high 19 points to help American Fork hand Westlake a narrow region defeat at home.

LONE PEAK 75, RIVERTON 47: Holding just a four-point lead at the break, Lone Peak came out and completely dominated the second half to blow past Riverton at home. The Knights had four players score in double figures, led by Frank Jackson's game-high 24 points with four 3-pointers and Christian Popoola's 21 with three treys to power the home team in the win.

PLEASANT GROVE 60, HERRIMAN 50: Riley Court dominated the game with 23 points and eight rebounds to lead Pleasant Grove to the region win on the road.

REGION 6

KEARNS 68, JUDGE MEMORIAL 60: Four players scored in double figures for Kearns to help the home team slip past Judge Memorial.

HIGHLAND 73, WOODS CROSS 70: Spencer Divver hit the game-winning 3-pointer with just one second left to give Highland the overtime victory. Brandon Warr led the Rams with a team-high 23 points.

BOUNTIFUL 89, CYPRUS 60: Zac Seljaas drained six treys on his way to 32 points as the Braves closed the first half on a 20-5 run.

EAST 65, CLEARFIELD 44: Hayden Banz and Dacian Spotted Elk each posted 17 points for the Leopards in the Region 6 victory over Clearfield.

REGION 7

OREM 65, OLYMPUS 52: Wilhelm Clark led the Orem charge with 22 points, while Richard Harward finished with a double-double of 13 points and 10 rebounds in the victory.

MURRAY 55, CORNER CANYON 53: Murray's dominant third quarter proved to be the difference-maker as the Spartans held on to outlast Corner Canyon on the road. James Walljasper netted 15 points while Zach Dickerson added 12 more in the win.

SPANISH FORK 49, SPRINGVILLE 42: Hunter Schofield finished the night with a game-high 26 points, and was a perfect 10-for-10 at the charity stripe in the Dons region victory.

PROVO 67, SALEM HILLS 64: Braxton Bailey hit the game-winner from behind the arc with just two seconds remaining to lift the Bulldogs to victory. A trio of players scored in double figures for Provo in the road win.

WASATCH 63, TIMPVIEW 60: Wasatch broke the game open in the second quarter and didnt look back en route to the win. Nathan Dow led the Wasps with 22 points.

REGION 10

JUAN DIEGO 52, UINTAH 50: With just 1.9 seconds remaining in the game, a questionable call gave Juan Diego's Maliik Fagan-Foster two free throws, which he calmly drilled to give the visitors the stunning road win over Uintah. Fagan-Foster led all scorers with 19 points, while Avery Ames chipped in 14 more in the win.

DAVIS 37, WEBER 26: Davis broke the game open in the third quarter and went on to pick up the win. McKenzie Day led the Darts with 13 points while McKinlay Otterson added eight points and eight rebounds.

LAYTON 57, SYRACUSE 25: Layton used strong defense through three quarters and a balanced scoring attack to roll past Syracuse. Ten different Lancers scored, led by Hailey Bassett's 13 points.

FREMONT 60, VIEWMONT 58: Trailing by 11 with two minutes remaining, Fremont mounted a big comeback and took the lead off a fast-break layup with a few seconds remaining and picked up the win. After a slow first half, Fremont star Shelbee Molen scored 21 points in the second stanza and finished with 25. Viewmont's Katie Toole led all scorers with 26 points.

REGION 2

GRANGER 57, HILLCREST 34: Moka Haunga powered the Lancers with strong defense and nine points, six rebounds and two assists. Melisa Kadic led all scorers with 29 points and sophomore Keti Fonua had six rebounds with four points off the bench.

WEST 49, COTTONWOOD 46: West used its balanced-scoring attack to dominate the second and third quarters and eventually held on to outlast Cottonwood at home. Jayda Nance led the home team with 13 points, while Andrea Brady (23 points) and Nicole Kristensen (15 points) led the Colts' charge in the narrow loss.

HUNTER 36, TAYLORSVILLE 34: Hunter was able to outscore Taylorsville 13-6 from the charity stripe and was led to the narrow home victory by Jennifer Burnham's game-high 15 points.

REGION 4

RIVERTON 58, LONE PEAK 55: Kirsten Spencer led four Riverton players in double figures with 14 points, as the Lady Silverwolves battled Lone Peak for the hard fought victory.

HERRIMAN 36, PLEASANT GROVE 31: Down by one heading into the fourth quarter, Herriman ended the game on a powerful 11-5 run to shock Pleasant Grove and come away with the narrow road victory. Lexi Smith led all scorers with 11 points, while Sierra Newton-Pender added 10 more in the win.

AMERICAN FORK 58, WESTLAKE 30: American Fork outscored Westlake 39-18 in the second half to blow past the home team and pick up the win. Taylor Moeaki led the visitors with 15 points, while Paige Farnsworth chipped in 11 more and three treys in the win.

REGION 5

SKY VIEW 78, OGDEN 45: Undefeated Sky View got off to a hot start as Lindsey Jensen torched the home team for a game-high 42 points with six treys to help the Bobcats remain unbeaten on the year. Xena Motes netted 25 points with five treys in the loss.

MOUNTAIN CREST 55, BOX ELDER 45: Mountain Crest broke the game open in the third quarter and picked up the win. Olivia Wiberg led the Mustangs with 18 points.

BONNEVILLE 50, ROY 47: Shayla Simpson posted a game-high 21 points, and grabbed eight rebounds to help Bonneville clinch the overtime victory over visiting Roy.

BOUNTIFUL 62, CYPRUS 31: Bountiful had a strong first quarter en route to doubling up Cyprus. Kennedy Redding once again led the Braves with 26 points and 10 rebounds.

HIGHLAND 54, WOODS CROSS 40: The Rams defeated Woods Cross in a region contest.

JUDGE MEMORIAL 54, KEARNS 40: Trailing by a point at intermission, Judge Memorial dominated the third quarter and then cruised in the fourth to the win. Vanessa Austin led the Bulldogs with 20 points and 12 rebounds.

REGION 7

MURRAY 42, CORNER CANYON 31: Murray built an eight-point lead at the end of the first quarter and didn't look back en route to the win. Mickaela Rueckert led the Spartans with 15 points and eight rebounds.

SKYLINE 39, MOUNTAIN VIEW 32: Skyline grinded out the victory to hand Mountain View its first region loss. Olivia Elliss led the Eagles with 11 points.

OLYMPUS 65, OREM 50: Kyra Johnson led the Titans with 16 points while Samantha Soltis and Katie Warren combined for another 28. Cylee Tuimaunei led all scorers with 20 points in the loss.

REGION 8

SALEM HILLS 67, PROVO 42: Salem Hills broke the game open with a big second quarter on both ends of the floor and cruised to the win. Jane Nelson led a balanced attack with 12 points. Hailee Hodgson took three charges for the Skyhawks.

SPRINGVILLE 54, SPANISH FORK 42: Savannah Sumsion paced Springville with 15 points and 11 rebounds to record the double-double in Tuesday nights win.

REGION 9

PINE VIEW 54, HURRICANE 52: Pine View built a big lead in the first half and then held on for the narrow victory. Tayvia Ah Quin and Amber Archibald combined for 26 points to lead the winners. Hurricanes London Steglich led all scorers with 23 points.

SNOW CANYON 50, CANYON VIEW 31: Snow Canyon got off to a good start and won each quarter en route to the victory. Nikenna Durante and Sydney Bott combined for 21 points to lead a balanced effort from the winning side.

DESERT HILLS 67, DIXIE 46: Ashley Beckstrand and Elly Williams combined for 42 points as the Thunder ran away with the road win over Dixie.

REGION 10

MORGAN 67, UNION 52: Lily Henry and Jessica Carter combined for 34 points to help pace Morgan to the region win over visiting Union.

JUAN DIEGO 69, UINTAH 50: Dominique Mills led Juan Diego to an 18th consecutive victory this season with 23 points Tuesday evening.

REGION 11

STANSBURY 48, GRANTSVILLE 32: Stansbury had a good first quarter, held steady in the second and third and finished strong for the win. Rachel Prescott and Kallie Stewart combined for 20 points and 19 rebounds to lead the Stallions.

REGION 12

CARBON 57, PAYSON 33: Carbon won each quarter en route to grabbing the victory. Jordan Scoggins led the Dinos with 18 points.

NORTH SANPETE 41, RICHFIELD 32: Jacey Dunn led North Sanpete with a game-high 16 points in the region victory at home.

REGION 13

MILLARD 43, ENTERPRISE 41: Trailing by 14 in the fourth quarter, Millard stormed back to force overtime and then seized victory in the extra session. Anna Camp led a balanced attack with 10 points. Enterprise's Riley Lyman led all scorers with 15 points.

DELTA 65, BEAVER 19: Delta dominated throughout to top Beaver. Sidney Springer led the way with 16 points.

REGION 16

MANTI 38, GUNNISON 26: Manti jumped out to an early lead behind good defense and rebounding and picked up the win. Mikaela Cox led the Templars with 15 points.

SUMMIT ACADEMY 45, AMERICAN LEADERSHIP 29: Summit Academy managed to hold ALA to single-digit scoring in the final three quarters to cruise to a region victory at home.

INTERMOUNTAIN CHRISTIAN 36, WEST RIDGE ACADEMY 13

ST. JOSEPH 50, TINTIC 44: St. Joseph steadily pulled away from Tintic to get the win. Kathleen Tomon led the Jayhawks with 22 points and Mady White added 19.

WENDOVER 27, DUGWAY 11: Jessica Cuevas led all scorers with 12 points as the Wildcats defeated Dugway in region play.
