WOODS CROSS — The public is invited to tour and attend the ribbon-cutting event of the city's new water treatment plant, which was built to remove the PCE (tetrachloroethene) contaminate from groundwater sources.

Events will be held Thursday, Feb. 19, 1-3 p.m.; and Saturday, Feb. 21, 10-noon at the facility, 2285 S. 1200 West.
