Utah State women’s volleyball head coach Grayson DuBose has released the team’s spring schedule with the Aggies set to host a pair of games and travel to tournaments at Utah and Utah Valley.
USU opens the season with a head-to-head match against Idaho State on March 20 at 3 p.m., on Kirby Court at the Wayne Estes Center. The Aggies posted a 3-1 victory over the Bengals in the fall in the first match in the Estes.
Utah State then plays in the first of two tournaments, traveling to Salt Lake City to take part in an eight-team tournament hosted by the University of Utah on March 28. The Aggies return to action the very next weekend, playing in a tournament at Utah Valley University on April 4.
The spring season concludes with a head-to-head matchup against Weber State and former USU assistant coach Jeremiah Larsen, newly appointed head coach of the Wildcats. The teams are scheduled to compete on April 10 at 3 p.m. MT, on Kirby Court at the Wayne Estes Center.
“The spring is a great time to work on fine tuning our skill set and getting ready for next fall,” DuBose said. “We are looking forward to learning a lot about ourselves and coming together as a group.”
The 2015 spring schedule matches will all count as exhibitions, leading up to the opening of the competitive season in the fall.
