Utah Symphony announces 2015 summer season

Melia Tourangeau, CEO of Utah Symphony and Utah Opera, has announced the symphony’s 2015 summer season for the Deer Valley Music Festival in Park City.

According to a news release, the six-week festival will feature the Utah Symphony performing with Diana Krall, Kristin Chenoweth, Smokey Robinson, Ozomatli, Frank Sinatra Jr. and Big Bad Voodoo Daddy.

Other performances will include the music of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons and Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 2.

In addition to announcing the Deer Valley Festival, the Utah Symphony announced a performance at Red Butte Gardens that will feature the string trio Time for Three.

The festival begins July 4.
